The process is built around documentation and clear expectations:
— 1. Enquiry — tell us the product form, vein category, target volume, destination port, and any testing specification you require.
— 2. Quotation and sample — we return an indicative quote and can arrange a paid sample with a COA for your own verification.
— 3. Agreement — we confirm specification, MOQ, Incoterms (typically FOB or CIF), payment terms, and lead time in writing.
— 4. Production, QC, and shipping — the lot is prepared, lab-tested, documented, and dispatched by sea (FCL/LCL) or air.
Indicative MOQ generally starts from around 25–100 kg for first orders and scales to full-container volumes. Lead time is commonly 2–4 weeks for preparation and testing, plus transit, though both MOQ and timing depend on form, testing depth, and season. Export paperwork can include the commercial invoice, packing list, COA, phytosanitary certificate, and bill of lading. See our export shipping and documentation guide for the full checklist.
