What we collect, and what we do with it

EDITOR — WHAT WE COLLECT: list exactly what the site and the trade desk collect. At minimum this covers the name, work email, destination market and order tier submitted through the enquiry form, anything sent over WhatsApp or email, and whatever your analytics and hosting stack records (IP address, pages viewed, referrer).

EDITOR — WHY WE COLLECT IT: state the purpose and the lawful basis for each category. For a B2B trade desk this is normally legitimate interest in responding to a commercial enquiry, plus consent where any marketing is involved.

EDITOR — WHO ELSE SEES IT: name the processors. Typically the website host, the email provider, WhatsApp Business, any CRM, and the freight forwarder or laboratory where a live consignment makes that necessary. Say whether any of them sit outside the EEA and on what transfer basis.

EDITOR — HOW LONG WE KEEP IT: give a retention period per category, and the trigger for deletion.

EDITOR — YOUR RIGHTS: for EU and UK enquirers, set out the GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability), how to exercise them, the response window, and the supervisory authority a complaint can go to.
